Great company however, shirt was a little too big and had a hole on the inseam of the arm. However due to that, I received a full refund!!
Sleeves were short.
Very tight fit. I normally wear a medium and this fits more like an XS
I ordered this a size big and it is still small and slightly ill fitting.
Love the zipper and color😀
I love this sweater but received it with a tear in the seam of the arm. I tried contacting the seller with no reply, even included a picture of the hole. Very disappointed.

The company incorrectly identified the pattern I wanted as the wrong “name” so when my order arrived it was the wrong color. I contacted the company and included a screenshot of their ad to show what pattern I thought I had ordered. I asked for an exchange. They responded three days later to say sorry and ask if I’d like a refund. I replied that I’d like an exchange but if they didn’t have anything available then yes I’d like a refund. I asked them to just email me a return label if there were no other patterns available. I emailed them 4 times over the next five days asking for them to either exchange or send the label. In the fifth day or zero communication, I finally threatened to dispute the charge on my card since they were not responding and they replied to say they didn’t have anything to exchange but would send me a return label if I wanted a refund. (I’m super confused at this point! I asked for a return label if an exchange wasn’t possible so why not just send one??) so I said yes send the label! That was the last I heard from them. I emailed a few more times and finally had to loop Jane in. Jane gave me a refund but I’ve still yet to hear from Pink Pineapple since their last offer to send a return label. I get it’s the holiday season and they’re probably busy. This email exchange took place over the course of 12 days. I feel like correcting their error should have been prioritized or at the very least email me back to say you were too busy to deal with this at the moment. Making an error like that and then ghosting a customer is completely unacceptable.
Love one sweater I got - Lara brand; the other is scratchy and not marked with any tag. Will try washing and make it work! Would order again for price.
