Never shipped but seller processed refund quickly. I did have to contact them to let them know that it had been over 3 weeks without shipping.

I ordered a size 9 but received a size 5. They actually fit but we're just tighter than I like. I emailed the seller and they immediately sent a return sticker. They didn't have any more in that style/size but I ordered a size 7 in another style and they fit great! Love that they ship quickly too!
