Hat came very poorly packaged and was all out of shape!! One big wad!! Pretty hat but no way to send it!

Love the look of these earrings!

I ordered two pair. They don't hang in my ear correctly. It's almost like they took under to where you can't see the arrows at the bottom . however I could deal with that but one of the pair of earrings were broken. When I took them out of the small plastic bag the tiny ball that holds the arrows on the bottom to keep them from sliding off the earring basically crumbled and there's no way for me to fix them so that I can wear them

They were absolutely gorgeous, shiny, and the perfect size to be noticed but not too gaudy

As soon as I opened the bag the jewel fell out. It can be fixed with some glue.

This bag is okay. The photo doesn't show the ID number on the the bag under the monogram. I was really disappointed when I got the bag in the mail.

Backs of earrings didn't even fit and the earring bent in two
