I ordered the cutout wood earrings and they looked great! Good quality and very lightweight. The only problem was one earring was missing its hook. I emailed the seller that evening and received a response the very next morning that the style I ordered was out of stock so they could not send a replacement so they refunded my purchase instead. Very impressed with their customer service and would shop this seller again!
