The board came and was smaller than expected but the engraving was extremely dark and you couldn't make out the design or name - I have contacted the supplier for rectification

I hate it. It came in the wrong color and it is not as it was picture. Not worth the price I paid. Very cheap looking. Not happy at all. Waiting on a email back from seller. Not holding my breath for any response.

Emailed the company asking if I needed to change my order to get a different bag color, was assured that they would get it changed for me, and the wrong bag color came. I LOVE the bag. I just wish it was the right color. When a company says they will fix something for you, you should be able to have faith in that.
