A little shinier than expected but I love the size.

The backs that came with these didn't fit, and when I tried to force one it bent the rod.

Looking forward to giving it to my husband for cmas.

Pretty bag, has a funny odor. The built in straps could be a little longer to fit over your shoulders better, it fits snugly when on my shoulder.

The smell is not good. Hopefully it will fade away... Everything else was as expected.

Horrible customer service. They tell you they won't cancel your order as long as you provide them with the correct address, I gave them the correct address and they still sent it to the wrong one. I contacted them to let them know what happened and nothing. I will not order anything from them ever.

Love the cup although it had a small dent in the bottom.
