I am giving only 3 stars because the seller is very hard to reach. I was sent the wrong color of hat. I emailed her and it took over a week to hear back. She asked for my order #, now I have waited almost another week and haven't heard anything from her. Usually I wouldn't mind a different color, but when my school colors are orange and black, I have no use for an orange and navy hat....hat seems to be good quality.

Cheap quality.. ordered two TN necklaces. The hook on one of them wouldn’t close and on the other necklace the rings that hold the chain to the state there disconnected and the charm was unattached.
