Cannot see the monogram like in the picture. Way too light! I was disappointed.

I tried messaging seller several times asking where my package was and I never received a response. I received my wallets yesterday and I'm not too impressed by the quality of the work. I ordered 2 wallets and neither of the monograms were centered very well in the wallets. Also, the wallets had a very nasty odor when I opened the package. I'm trying to let these air off before I wrap. I was really excited about this order and was really let down in the end. I will not be a returning customer.

Purse came out of package with strap broken

I bought this bag as a gift for my aunts birthday. Unfortunately, the bag broke within a week of her carrying it. Very poorly made.

I like the bag, however I’m disappointed in the size of the monogram for the size of the bag. I just think it should have been bigger. The color of the monogram is very pretty though.
