I’ve been debating wether to give 2 or 3 stars. Took seller longer to ship than what it should have (3+ weeks to ship). I contacted the shop 2 times and never heard back once. Disappointed in their customer service and most likely won’t order from them again. Bag over all is nice. Monogram is a little smaller than expected but not as bad as some of the other reviews stated. Handles are of a cheaper material but for cost is what one might expect.
