Fits perfectly!!
Love, love, love! Just as pictured, ordered, shipped and received within the same week. I am going to stick a piece of rubber or something on the end because the post rubs on the back of my ear a little, but other than that they are perfect, dainty little earrings.

My monogram is off center and at the time of shipping, I was advised they no longer had the color I had purchased. But when I picked an alternative they did ship it quickly. But as mentioned, the monogram is uneven.
