Embroidery good but purse cheap quality.

My mother loved this bag. My parents go on weekend trips all the time and this was the best gift I could have gotten her!

Loved this so much when it came in but when I put it on it cut into my head.. BIG TIME! I had cable knit indentions on my forehead for a while... and I don't have a big head. It's so cute and cheap so I just gave it to my niece.

Cute and fits a lot. I like the dividers but agree with other comments that the lining is strange that it isn’t closed off.

Company did not return message sent immediately after ordering. Therefore the monogram was wrong and they were not willing to fix it.

I ordered without the monogram and got this for my birthday on Jan. 22, so I have not had it long at all. The middle pouch keeps going to the bottom of the purse instead of standing up and keeping inside seperated. I finally got so frustrated with it, I cut it out. My inside zipper to another pocket has already broken also. I bought this purse because a friend had it and I loved the look. Her strap has already broken also and she did not have hers any time at all either before this happened. Poor quality!
