Buckle on strap won’t stay buckled so purse falls off shoulder. Contacted seller and received a response that they would contact Jane.com for refund. Waited several weeks hearing nothing. Contacted Jane.com and seller (2nd time). Have still heard nothing almost two weeks later. Disappointed.
