The hook that goes through your ear was falling off. I do like them, kind of cheaper made but they are cute!

Charm is not really connected to the part that goes in your ear...I tried to fix it but they still fell off with the first wear and I was left with just the post in my ear.

Exactly like the picture. Light, not too heavy. My ears are rather sensitive and it didn't irritate them at all. I would definitely purchase them again.
