Strap broke within 20 minutes of first use. Bag barely had anything in it and strap was evidently not attached well enough. Poorly made

Still haven’t received my item. Placed my order on September 3rd and it has been nearly a month and still no bag. It took 3 emails and an email to Jane before i finally received some feedback. I still have to wait at least one more week before my bag comes in so they can monogram it. I was really excited about this bag but i didn’t know it was going to take forever. I was offered some earrings because i am having to wait SO long but we will see if i actually get those. Really disappointed in this shop/order.. 2 stars because once i FINALLY received an email back they were nice and helpful on why my bag is taking so long.

Pretty but my wrist probably 6 1/2 " and this bracelet just fits me. No wiggle room.

The plastic is flimsy and appeared used when I received it.

I got the solid round ones and they are as cute as a bug. Having worn them with the perfect color shirt, I already have received compliments.

I love the bag, but they monogrammed the two inside open pockets to the front, so you are unable to use them. Seems like they rushed through orders and didn’t pay attention to what they were doing. I’m sad because I ordered three, one for me and two for gifts. I feel like my gifts are now subpar.
