I messed up on the monogram but they got my note and made the fix before they sent it out. Only thing I don't like is the plastic because it seems a bit cheap but for the price I paid, it is the quality you'd expect. Overall, happy with the purchases. Great customer service!

It looks cheap and feels cheap, not able to return it as there was no label. Wish I would have saved my money on this one. Jane has let me down.
