UPDATE:The seller responded quickly and is shipping out a replacement. I'm so excited! The coffee mugs are beautiful but I ordered 3 and one of the monograms were messed up during the engraving process and was still sent to me in that condition. I emailed by clicking on the contact seller link and I am hoping they will respond to get this item replaced. The one looks horrible and is a Christmas gift for one of my friends. The quality on the other two are great!

Just received my second tumbler. I was so impressed with the quality I ordered one for my mom and had it engraved. I have used my tumbler for coffee and tea and I keeps it warm for hours, which is perfect for people like me that like to slowly sip on their drink.
