Ordered two pairs, only got one. Was refunded for the other, but wasn’t told why. When I got the one pair, one was missing the piece that went through the piercing.

Cup is very cute and I love that it has a handle, but does not keep contents as warm as I thought it would. Compared to RTIC, RTIC is definitely better and keeps content warmer a lot longer.

This is a great back for the price! I love the cross-body strap and how the handles have a place to tuck into the bag if you’re not using them. It’s my every day bag right now. Quick shipping!

These were awesome.

While I realize that no where in the description was this cup explicitly stated to be a “travel mug,” I thought why would there be a spill-proof lid if not intended for travel? Well, the long and the short of it is, cup doesn’t fit in car cup holders (not because of the handle, but because the rounded base is a little too large). Without sitting in the cupholders, this cup is useless to me and is in the garbage.
