Seller never responded when emailed regarding order that I never received. That status said processing for about a month. I tried to contact them, but got no response. I had to contact Jane customer service in order to be issued a refund. I wish the seller would have let me know if there was an issue with my order instead of totally ignoring me. UNPROFESSIONAL!
