Love the earrings I got. However, I had one pair wrong pair sent to me. I reached out to the seller a few times (3 emails) and still have not heard back.

The back is hard to get on.

Love these! The metal seems durable and the wood used is smooth and very pretty. I ordered 3 pocket knives. I only received 2 in the mail. The two I did receive are beautiful. I have emailed the seller. Hopefully, I can get the 3rd item before Father’s Day. UPDATE: after they received my emailed request, they responded promptly and shipped out the missing item that same day! Great customer service!
