The upper part of the bag looks sturdy and the monogram is very nice, but the plastic clear part of the bag is so flimsy, thin and cheap like it will not last, its too bad i really like it. I have another clear crossbody bag I bought in amazon and the plastic clear part of it is way better than this one. I guess I will see how it will hold after I use it.

So very disappointed in the quality of the bags!! These were to be given as gifts and very embarrassing! Be extremely careful purchasing from Pink Ever After for personalized items, because they will NOT refund your money. The monogram looks great, but Pink Ever After should NEVER have thought that the price they are charging for these VERY cheap bags was acceptable. This bag is something you would expect to purchase from the Dollar store. The pictures make it look like it's better quality than it is! BEWARE of this company!! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM Pink Ever After!

Pretty purse! I wish I'd noticed it didn't have any outside pockets before I bought it as it's harder to dig for my keys inside. I like the color and the feel of it though!
