I ordered 3 different initials. 2 were fine, the N was missing half of the letter, very disappointing that it was sent out like that.

Liked it, but I thought the chain would’ve been longer! I gave it to my granddaughter. She loved it! $ well spent!!

I’ve bought 2. The last one was for my mom for Christmas. It came broken. I reached out to customer service and was advised once the warehouse is opened, one will be shipped immediately.
