Super cute bracelet, also like the picture I love it

Bracket broke the first time I wore it. Contacted the shop seeing if I could get a replacement, was told no because the item is non-refundable. Was also told I could ship them the bracelet, and include a return shipping label as well. They could fix it. The bracelet cost me less than all the shipping would. Still, it shouldn’t break the first time worn. And if it does, customer service goes a long way…would not recommend the product, or the shop.

The bracelet does not stretch enough. I did buy 3 for gifts. I hope they will like them. Not impressed by the quality.

They are a bit fragile. Mine broke when I took it off. I got some for gifts, so I will caution them to be careful.

Cute, but assembled in a way that pulls the arm hair slightly.

I am very sad about this product as I wore it once for a few hours and the Serenity Prayer broke off somewhere. It should be replaced‼️

I really like the bracelets, but the charms are a little bit cheap looking, but I like the sayings on them.
