The product itself is great but the customer service is poor and it’s why I won’t order from them anymore. Ive ordered 5 bracelets from them in the last month. They made a mistake on one and shipped it to the wrong address. When I reached out to them about it and they realized what they did they stopped responding to me. I reached out multiple times after that and they have yet to respond and it’s been over a week. I ended up having to pay and ship it myself to correct address. Mistakes happen and I get it but ignoring me when you made a mistake is terrible customer service. Customer service is EVERYTHING and having poor customer service causes you to lose business.
