Great price for this item and nicely made! My daughter loved it

Bracket broke the first time I wore it. Contacted the shop seeing if I could get a replacement, was told no because the item is non-refundable. Was also told I could ship them the bracelet, and include a return shipping label as well. They could fix it. The bracelet cost me less than all the shipping would. Still, it shouldn’t break the first time worn. And if it does, customer service goes a long way…would not recommend the product, or the shop.

Love this bracelet! I would recommend getting the size smaller from what you measure around your wrist. If it is loose the picture charm falls under your wrist.

This was my second purchase of this item. I bought the first for my sister for Christmas. The charm broke and she lost it. The seller would not replace it so I bought her another one.

I really like the bracelets, but the charms are a little bit cheap looking, but I like the sayings on them.
