Mouse Ears | Many Styles

We were sent the wrong ears. The packing list displayed our correct order, but the actual ears were wrong. Which is totally fine! I understand mix ups happen. I emailed the vendor hoping to just send back and swap ears. I got an automated response asking for 48-72 hours for a response. 5 days went by and I emailed them again, now 3 days more have passed with no communication. The ears they sent were good quality! But not the ones we ordered.
