When I purchased this it said it would ship December 12th. Then 4 days after it was supposed to ship, I got an email saying it would ship on the 17th. It is now the 21st, and my item still has not shipped! I won't be getting this in time for Christmas. This is ridiculous. I will not be purchasing from this company again.

items were supposed to ship by 12/12/16, it is now 12/21/16 and still have not shipped. These items were supposed to be Christmas gifts, now I am scrambling last minute to get gifts.

Very upset! I ordered this as a Christmas gift and have yet to receive it! It was supposed to ship on the 12th. I have sent emails with no response. I will never purchase again from this seller.

This was supposed to ship on 12/12. It is now 12/20 and no word. I am very disappointed. I have ordered so much from this website but this is the only item that won't be in in time for Christmas:(

Ordered on December 3rd. Item has not been shipped. Extremely disappointed as this was suppose to be a Christmas gift.

Ordered on December 3rd, and didn't receive it until the 22nd. Other than the long shipping time, the product is cute and seems well-made.

No clue, I haven't received this yet. I ordered this almost 20 days ago and I haven't received a tracking number or a response from the seller or Jane support.

The shipper did not send the items as notated and when contacted she promised another date. She has not shipped the items by either of the deadlines I was given. This was supposed to be a xmas gift. She assured me I would have by xmas yet they have not been shipped yet. I would love to give a review about the product itself but I have not received what I ordered.

Finally received after shipping three weeks after promised shipping date. It is really cute though it's a good thing I wasn't relying on it as a Christmas gift. Still awaiting one other item from this seller that was also supposed to ship weeks ago.

This item was supposed to ship on December 9th, I finally sent a follow up on it a week later, never even got a response. Then I see that it was finally shipped on the 19th, so it won't even be here in time for Christmas like it was originally promised to be. Poor customer service.

I have contacted the seller numerous times with no response regarding my purchase made the third of December that was supposed to ship by Dec. 12. I had purchased as a Christmas present. No updated information has ever been provided to me.
