Waited over a month to receive. Though seller maintained some communication when I initiated, the business practice and customer service is lacking. I was told, via email, that because I was willing to wait so long, I would receive a thank you gift. Nothing came (which is fine, but don't say something and not follow through). The sizing is way off and the quality of the items is poor- very cheaply made. Disappointed and unfortunately won't shop this small business again.

Cheap and not even stitched straight

I ordered the bunny coat in a size 2T. It is a perfect fit and SOOO cute!! It was also thicker than I expected, which is a very good thing! LOVE THIS PRODUCT! In the top 3 of favorite Jane.com purchases in the past few years.

Items received were not same design as those ordered. Contacted seller, she apologized for the mistake and offered to make good. Although shipping was delayed, she maintained correspondence throughout process.

So precious, can't wait to give this to my granddaughter! Hope she loves it!

They were so cute but ran EXTREMELY BIG.

I ordered 2 outfits over a month ago and have not received them yet. Comments says ships out in 6 days.

My little girl got so many complements on these! And they have for better than any other Mocs I've put her in!

Beautiful doll.

I am hating I didn't buy my own child the bunny, but the dinosaur was a hit with our nephew. The shipping was quite delayed, but I emailed them and found out they were having a major family emergency. The JANE team ended up sending an eve last for them. I didn't have it by Christmas as I'd hoped, but it was still the hit is hoped it would be.

Sooooo adorable! I've had my eye on this ship for a while now and was so excited to see this doll on Jane! She's so cute, well made and shipped before the estimated ship date! Great customer service and I recommend them!
