My outfits hadn't shipped for several weeks after ordering them- even though I had gotten a shipment confirmation. I emailed the company a month ago, asking about the issue. They responded 2 days later, saying that they would be sending all but one of the outfits that day, but the other outfit would be in stock next week and they would ship it ASAP. Well that email was a MONTH ago! I have tried to reach out to them since then and heard nothing! But they had no problem accepting my payment and saying on jane.com that it was delivered! I will not be buying from them again and I will be doing whatever I can to either get reimbursed or get the outfit I paid for!

Still have not received this item. I ordered in the middle of August and items were supposed to ship by 20th. It has a tracking number and when I click on it it says that information was sent to ups on aug 19 but item has not yet been sent. And it's now August 28th. So I emailed the company on last Thursday (today is monday) and still no response. I would strongly suggest avoiding this company.
