Not only do we love the ears we ordered (both the hard, nylon, and soft bands) but I was BEYOND impressed with their customer service!! I reached out to them in regards to my order and they replied promptly and with way more kindness than I would have ever expected!! I ordered two dresses from Petals & Peonies and we love them! The quality is fabulous and they fit perfectly! The customer service is outstanding! I will definitely be ordering from them again soon!

Haven’t had a chance to actually use it yet so I don’t know about long term durability but so far it’s super cute and seems durable. I have it hanging on the car seat for now til baby gets here.
