I ordered the Sky Long Ear Rabbit, to give to my niece for Christmas. This doll is so soft and just so cute. I know she will love it.
Contacted shop multiple times with no response. Tried to contact to return items with no response. Followed instructions on invoice for return and never received a refund. Would not buy from this shop again.

EDITED REVIEW: the company emailed me back and said they would replace my missing dress with another style that was in stock. Just awaiting them to mail it out to me! I received two of the three dresses I ordered. A note came with my shipment saying the third dress was back ordered and would be shipped as soon as it came in stock. Still waiting for that to happen. I’ve emailed twice and still no response. Disappointing as I’ve read other reviews and this seems to be a reoccurring pattern with this company.
