This dress came and is very big, and looked a little cheaper than pictured. Also, I emailed the seller requesting a smaller size and they have not contacted me back and it has been a month. I would change my review if I had a dress that fit and I was contacted by the seller!

Ordered 3 weeks ago, was supposed to ship the 7th, tracking number issued on 6th but 14 days later it has not shipped. Sent an email last week got no reply. I would be cautious of ordering from this company.

Ordered in January still says processing... I have sent 2 emails and I have heard zero back!!! Not Happy at all.

Item not of good quality and interaction with seller is very difficult if not impossible unless you get Jane support involved.

This item was ordered weeks ago and supposed to ship by 2/8 and I have still not received on 2/18. No updates on tracking either.

Ordered 3 weeks ago, was suppose to ship 2 weeks ago. Has not shipped. Contacted the shop, no reply. Not very happy.

Ordered over 3 weeks ago. Was supposed to ship Feb 5 and receive then 6 days later, and I still have not received my items. There isn't a ups or tracking number so I have no idea where the items are. Could be sitting in their warehouse for all I know. I've also emailed the company and only received a bogus generic email stating they were busy and would get back to me.... Very disappointed and irritated. By the time my 0-3 items baby items arrive, my baby won't fit and then, what, return them??! If my items ever show up, I'll update my review. Until then--/ one star ( should ideally be a zero star)

It states that it is still processing, I have not received the items. I did send an email, but have not received a reply.

Ordered this almost a month ago, and it still hasn’t shipped. Contacted the seller and they have not yet returned my email.

I ordered my items on January 20, 2020. It’s now February 16, and I haven’t received them. I emailed the seller twice without any responses. I missed the opportunity to gift these to my friend for her baby shower. Shipping stated it would take place on January 29. I am very displeased with this purchase and will not be buying again from this seller.
