Was sent the wrong outfit that was ordered, tried to contact seller but the that option does not work. Would of like to give 5 stars but the outfit that was not sent was the one I really wanted.

Fell apart a little when received

I don’t know what the items I’ve order look like or the quality of them. I ordered two outfits on February 7 and it’s March 2...I tried to contact the seller and received one email finally stating that the outfits I ordered had to be remade because something was wrong with them. That was two weeks ago. I’ve also been charged for these items I haven’t received...and to see other people have orders still out after almost TWO months is sad.

Super cute! Larger than I had anticipated but we can easily grow into them. Highly recommended for the price!!

I purchased the clouds romper, Fabric isn’t great quality and I ordered size 0-3 months and it’s more like 9-12 months. I was so excited because the rompers look adorable in the pictures but definitely not worth the money, even on sale.

No response to emails plus items never get shipped.

Placed my order for three sets on January 9th, reached out to customer service three weeks later to check the status of my order as I had not received it. Was told two outfits would be shipped, that one set was not ok to ship. Have still yet to receive my third outfit almost two months later...reached out to customer service again two weeks ago and have not even gotten a response from them.

I have yet to receive this item. Pre shipment was the 7th of February and this is now the 1st of March. I sent an email and after the second email they replied that it is on it’s way and I have yet to receive it.

I ordered these items feb 7th. Still haven’t received them and when I contacted the seller I never got anything in return.

Waited several weeks for my item and was sent the wrong one.

This is enormous and not well made. I bought it for my 14 month old (who comfortably wears a 12-18) and it looks like it would maybe fit a five year old average sized kid. I am very disappointed and will not be ordering anything from Jane again.

I have contacted the seller twice. I have heard nothing but an automated response saying that she is busy and hopes to get to me within 72 hours. My package says it is "awaiting arrival" on Feb 21 2020. I have heard NOTHING. I check daily, and daily I am disappointed to find my package still says awaiting arrival. It appears that the seller has not dropped it off at USPS. It is now Feb 28, 2020 and it still says "awaiting arrival". I wish I could leave a better review to say that the clothes are darling and perfect. I would have to first see clothes or hear from the seller to believe that to be true.

Have tried contacting seller and no response. I still have not received this item and I purchased it almost a month ago.
