Placed my order on 2/26, said it shipped on 2/27. There has only been a label created. The item has not actually shipped and it is now 3/10. I have reached out to the seller with no response. This is now the second time I have placed an order through them with an issue. I previously ordered 4 outfits and upon receiving the order there were only 3 of the 4 items in the bag. It took multiple attempts to get a response from the seller before receiving a refund. It really should not be this hard to receive an item that you have paid for.

such a sweet gift

I ordered in December of 22 and have yet to receive my package. It says it has not shipped. I have emailed about it and only receive an automated response that they will get back within a certain amount of time, but yet no response.

Got this Item which was great. Ordered another Item on Jan. 29th and have yet to receive it. I've emailed twice with no response. They've charged my card so I either need the item or my money back.
