Broken when received

My necklace was broken when I received it. I would love a replacement please.

The 1st necklace was broken and looked used…they sent me a 2nd and it looked tarnished after I wore it for one day. Very disappointing! Do not recommend.

Unfortunately, it was broken when I received it. I was able to fix it. I only wore it 1 time, it tangles terribly on your neck.

I LOVED this necklace- it was a good length and looked cute. The first time I wore it, though, it broke and fell off. I didn’t even notice it fall off but about halfway through my day I noticed it was gone. I was at a baptism, not a dance party, so it’s not like I would’ve done something that would make it come off. So frustrating.
