Necklace does not come on the saying card like it is displayed. They put the necklace in your envelope with the saying card separate. Saying card has not slits made for the necklace. If you want it to look like what you bought you have to attach it to card yourself and tape excess chain in back. Saying card was 75% of why I bought necklace. Just laziness in vendors part. Wont order from them again as they misrepresented what they are selling.

The box was too small for the card, and the card looked like it was printed on a printer that was running out of ink.
