I bought this beautiful necklace for my grandson's wife, who has never had pearls. She was so excited to receive this lovely piece.

I never received my order from this company. In order to get a refund, you must submit a claim which has been a nightmare. Jane and sellers want you to buy from them but as soon as you don’t receive your order, they don’t care. Please do not order from this company if you want to save yourself a lot of time. I am now out the money and product. What a mess

I ordered two of the small heart necklaces. They both hung upside down. I contacted the company to which they said “we’ve sold many of these necklaces and have not had any issues“. The replacement ones were upside down again! How do you sell a heart necklace that hangs upside down? Disappointed for sure!

I have had this necklace for weeks! Put it on as soon as I got it and I haven't taken it off. My 1 year old son grabs at it all of the time and it has not broken! Very cute and simple pendant. Love it!

Never received

I received my necklaces yesterday. I wore one to work today and it broke. Just like fell apart as I was sitting there. Waste of my money.
