UPDATE: I originally left a 1 Star review for this boutique, due to never receiving my order (see below). However, I would like to update my review & give them 5 Stars for excellent customer service! Almost immediately after emailing them with my complaint, I received an email back stating they had tracked my package & notified me that it was pretty much lost in no-where land with the postal service. This was due to no fault of the boutique, as they shipped my package within 48 hours of ordering. The boutique promptly requested Jane to send me a refund. Although I am bummed I didn’t receive my order, I thank them for their customer service! ***PREVIOUS REVIEW BELOW*** Ordered on 4/23/19, says it shipped on 4/25/19, says expected delivery date is 4/28/19, it’s currently 5/17/19 & STILL NOT HERE. This is a gift for my son’s teacher. He has 4 days of school left this year, so I’m assuming at this rate, it won’t be here before school is out for summer. Really disappointing.

Never received necklace. I would like my money back!!!
