Its a beautiful necklace but unfortunately it tangles unbelievably easily. All you have to do is wear it. I have to untangle it at least 4 times a day for it to maintain the look it advertises.

The chains frequently tangle.

The fittings were very, very nice but the beads (very tiny and inexpensive) were not attractively displayed fpr an adult.

I received my necklace I had purchased for a Christmas gift several weeks ago and went to wrap it only to find out the lobster clasp would not open. Tried getting in touch with Jane which is no longer easy. I’m still waiting to hear back. I had to go purchase another gift.
