The necklace would not unclasp to open to be able to put on.

It over a month to ship

The item met my expectations, based on the product descriptions and images. The quality was what I expected, however I think that it was too expensive. I knew that it would be previous to buying, though. I thought 💭 that it was a hilarious 🤣 😂 😆 gift 💝 🎁 to give one ☝🏼 of my best friends 👭 👬 👫 . I did not like the price, though.

These are the cutest hair ties and good quality too! Upon arrival, the package was missing two items from the original order. I emailed the seller and she responded quickly and sent out the missing items and an additional gift the next day! Amazing customer service! I will definitely purchase from his seller again.
