I am VERY impressed with this seller. I received the necklace and gave as a gift. Once the recipient opened the gift we saw the necklace was defective and broken. I contacted the seller and they replied very quickly and wanted to make this right. They are sending a replacement to me. I appreciate the prompt response but also the ease of getting this made right. By the way, the necklace does look like it will be perfect and very nice. Looks to be of good quality but just received a defective necklace this time.
