I purchased 3 shirts of the same design When I received my package, they only sent me 1 shirt I immediately sent an email to the seller, as well as Jane support. Three days later, I sent a follow up email for a response to either get a refund or my two missing items The seller, Dawn, responds stating they are short handed due to the pandemic of which I completely understand However, it has been another 4 days and I have yet to receive confirmation on rather I will be getting my missing items or a refund Very displeased with the customer service Horrible follow up processed
Hello,. I am so sorry you are unhappy with the customer service. I checked the records and it shows you first emailed on the 17th and contacted Jane on the 17th, we responded back on the 18th with an apology and asked if you wanted a refund or the missing shirts, you responded back on the 19th that you would like the missing shirts which we responded back on the 19th. The first email was to say thank you for your patience since we are heavy in the holiday season and covering different jobs and a little slower to respond. I did confirm that your shirts are in the process of being shipped since you missed the email response on the 19th.
