Super soft and comfy!!

Love this shirt and I've had so many compliments on it already It fit true to size and is so soft

This seller had an estimated ship date, I made contact 7 days after the estimated ship date asking for updates or refund as this is a Santa shirt I bought for my daughter for Christmas. It's custom with her name so by next year she can't wear it, nor will another likely. The seller as of today (26 days later) has not replied to my emails. No shipping. No product.

I am giving four stars because while I LOVE the fit and feel of the shirts (fits great on a tall frame), the purple one is very light compared to the picture and I have already tried contacting the shop about a replacement

This took ridiculously too long to ship for one shirt. It is the shops responsibility to let the customer know if there are delayed ship times. I had horrible customer service from this shop and no help from Jane in the matter. After my ship date passed, order placed Nov 24th was supposed to ship by Dec 8th, finally shipped on like the 11th and I simply got an email saying what is the order number and that was it... I will be much more cautious if I order again through Jane. The only reason this is getting 2 stars and not one is that the shirt is actually really cute but is just an iron on vinyl design, decent quality for the money but would not order from this boutique again. Go look them up on facebook at the reviews.

I have not received this shirt order. I contacted the merchant, but no response. I was really hoping to received this before Christmas for pictures, but now I just want a refund, or at least some communication.

I ordered this shirt in November. I didn’t receive it until December 9th. I was extremely disappointed when it arrived- certainly not worth the wait. The quality of the print is nothing more than pressed vinyl. Additionally, they printed the “Merry” so close to the neckline of the shirt that it looks ridiculous and you can’t wear it. It needed to be printed across the front of the shirt (as shown in the ad) not the neckline. I wrote to customer service and received no reply back. Would NOT recommend this seller.

Order this item Nov. 28th, still hasn’t shipped. December 28th, still have not received order. Jane and seller are less than helpful and the only solution they provide is to blame the USPS.
