The muscle tee is just a regular tee that the armholes have been cut off, so you'd have to wear another tank or a sports bra underneath. I purchased to wear on hot days out at the ball fields, so wearing another top underneath is not ideal. Plus, this is a very thin tee, like see through even in the royal blue shade. It feels and looks extremely cheap, so definitely not worth what I paid for it. I've bought lots of tees through the Jane website that were much nicer, so this is clearly an issue with this seller and not the Jane site.
