The print is completely sideways.

I buy a lot of shirts on Jane and this is the worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. I ordered heather pink gravel but the shirt I received was much more peach/tan. I tried looking it up because I know colors can vary by screens, etc but my shirt is American Apparel and they don’t make that color that I could find. If that color was unavailable I would have chosen something different. I contacted the seller and waited a week. No reply. Emailed them again and waited 24 hours with no reply. Finally, I contacted Jane support. They contacted the seller and she finally emailed me back and said that is the color they use for heather pink gravel. No apology about the late response, no kindness at all. She told me I could return the shirt for a refund but when I asked for a return label again she did not reply. That was four business days ago. I reached back out to Jane support and they helped me. I promise I am not difficult and just wanted to return the shirt because it was not what I ordered. I will make sure to avoid any items sold by this seller. It is clear they don’t care about theirs customers.

Shirts are very big. Order down at least one size.

We ordered a medium and I’m pretty sure we got a large, that’s not too big of a deal, but the color quality isn’t the greatest and that is a bit disappointing. I’m wondering if the color quality has to do with the fabric material because it isn’t a cotton tee.

We bought these for our work game event as our team name was average joes. We wear it every week and got so many compliments on the shirts! I have to wash it every week and the color is still just as vibrant after every wash!

Super soft tshirt. Great quality. True to size. I will definitely buy more tshirts.
