Sooooo CUTE! super soft
Item came with the wrong name monogramed on it. The packing slip had the correct name that was supposed to be monogramed. Have tried to contact seller 3 times and have yet to hear back. Asked for a refund after not hearing back and still have not received a response. Poor customer service!

Very cheap quality. It’s more like a tshirts, not sweatshirt. It just feels cheap. You also can’t even read the words because they did them in black. So literally pointless to have the words. First Jane purchase I have been disappointed in.
