Really sad about this. Apparently the package is “lost” or label never printed out but I somehow got a tracking number. I reached out several times and was only successful in getting a response when I said I would take it to Jane to figure it out. I wasn’t given an option to have a replacement sent, it was just cancelled. I was really looking forward to giving this as a gift as it would have suited them perfectly. Really disappointed.

Shirt was fine and design was cute, BUT it wasn’t wearable because the design was placed so off-centered and crooked on the shirt. I requested a replacement OR refund and was given a refund the next day.

well, we have a second person ship each piece, to help with mistakes, but unfortunately, sometimes when they are folded up - it's hard to spot it as it's shipping. no one likes a graphic that is in the armpit, and maybe you can wear it to sleep. sorry about that and hopefully next time we don't screw it up
