The letters on the top were damaged. I sent three different photos and the seller basically called me a liar to the Jane.com customer service representative. Jane.com customer service agreed that the top was damaged. I can say for sure that I will no longer shop with this company. I definitely do not recommend this seller. I wish you the best of luck with this type of company behavior.
