I would NOT recommend this company! I never received this shirt and when I tried to reach out to them-they were not helpful at all and not willing to send me another shirt. She basically said sorry for you, check with your neighbors to see if they have it. I live in a rural area and my neighbors are acres away so I know that is not possible.

Your item tracked as delivered. Your issue is with the post office, not us. You can contact Jane at [email protected] for help with a claim, as you purchased Route insurance through them. Surely you can understand why we don't just mail another product to a customer simply because they claim they didn't get it, when the tracking shows delivered.
