I contacted the seller immediately after I bought the item to get the item in the color advertised instead of the options available. I emailed them three times until they finally responded and said they didn’t see my order at all, which it had already shipped. They said I could return my item. I’m not paying shipping to return my item. Poor communication.

The first email we received was on June 3rd, we responded on June 3rd asking for the order number so we could check what color and deal you were asking about. You responded on june 3rd with the wrong order number . June 4th you received your item, I responded on June 4th still asking for the order number so I could look it up. It is not our fault that you ordered the wrong shirt but we would be happy for you to return for a refund which we stated in the last email.
