Retro Freedom Family USA | Throwback Soft Print Tee

Received the wrong item from one ordered. Tried to personally email seller with no response. When customer service contacted her, she asked if I wanted a replacement or refund. I asked for replacement because I still wanted the original item. Asked the seller multiple times in emails for a tracking number for the new item and never got a response. Again, customer service got involved and she said she told me it would be after the 4th before she could ship (she never did). It is now July 14th. I still haven't received a replacement item or a tracking number.

Hello, i am sorry for the miscommunication. We had emailed if it was OK if the order was shipped after the 4th since it was a USA shirt and the communication was on the 28th. We never received a response back, we also forwarded that communication to Jane and never received a response. The order was then refunded. I am sorry again, we just were not sure what you wanted since we did not receive a reply.
